bought a key for windows 7 ultimate from fleabay.  now i gotta test it to see if it actually works.  what i hate most is finding all the freakin' drivers.  especially for 64 bit OS.

All of the machines I've tried to put on Win7 has not required any drivers at all....I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't need any too. BTW how much was the WIN7 key anyways?

$20 to $30 on fleabay.  but like i said, i have yet to try installing it.  i was still trying to get all the drivers ready.  but reading the seller's feedback, everyone says it works.  kongo told me that's where his co-worker gets his keys for win7.

when you brought your product key did the seller actually send you a sticker of the product key or did he just email you a product code?

Been using Win 7 Ult  32 bit processor for the past week... No issues with drivers. Boot-up time to hit desktop went from 1min15secs to 45secs from XP to 7. Only issue I've encounter so far is installing software where the setup files are located on the network,... but you can easily work around it by dumping the files locally.  SP1 should be out soon to fix all the bugs.

Other than that, works like a charm...

download removeWAT. It'll remove the expire countdown days. pretty much you'll have a complete win7 with updates. no keys will be require after you use RemoveWAT.
